Ingredients
for 12 servings
- 2 cups oats (160 g)
- 2 tablespoons coconut shavings
- ¼ cup mixed nut (25 g), chopped
- ¼ cup dried fruit (25 g), of choice
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoons ground flaxseed
- ⅓ cup coconut oil (80 mL), melted
- 4 tablespoons milk
- pumpkin seed, optional

Preparation
- In a big bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, coconut shavings, nuts and dried fruit.
- Combine melted coconut oil and milk. Once combined, add remaining ingredients and mix to form a ‘dough-like’ mixture.
- Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking tray, topping with pumpkin seeds if desired.
- Bake at 350’F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
