  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or cheddar, or a mix)

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
