Ingredients

for 6 servings

  • 2 (13.25-ounce) packages Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa, sliced on a bias
  • 1 lb yellow baby potatoes, quartered
  • 1 package baby carrots
  • 1 red onion, halved and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 2.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On the prepared baking sheet, combine the Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa, potatoes, carrots, and onion. Add the olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the beef broth, flour, and melted butter until well combined. Pour over the sausage-vegetable mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley.
  6. Enjoy!
