- 1 lemon, sliced, seeds removed
- 1 cup green beans (360 g), trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ¼ teaspoon paprika

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the sweet potatoes, green beans, lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic to the prepared baking sheet and toss until fully coated. Spread on either side of the baking sheet, leaving space in the middle. Place the chicken at the center of the pan and season with salt, pepper, and the paprika.
