Ingredients

Latte

  • ice
  • 2 tablespoons cheesecake simple syrup
  • ½ cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 double-shot espresso, cooled

Cold Foam

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Garnishes

  • crushed pistachio
  • Drizzle of honey

Preparation

  1. Make the latte: Fill a tall glass three-fourths full with ice. Pour in the cheesecake simple syrup, milk, and espresso; stir until evenly combined.
  2. In a separate cup, make the cold foam: Froth together the heavy cream, milk, pistachio simple syrup, and honey until thick and foamy, 15–20 seconds.
  3. Pour the cold foam over the latte.
  4. Garnish with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
