- 1 double-shot espresso, cooled
Cold Foam
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1.5 tablespoons milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 tablespoon pistachio simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon honey
Garnishes

Preparation
- Make the latte: Fill a tall glass three-fourths full with ice. Pour in the cheesecake simple syrup, milk, and espresso; stir until evenly combined.
