- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 ½ cups fresh vegetables (525 g), cut
- 1 cup beef broth (240 mL)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 packet Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Mix

- 8 oz lo mein noodles (225 g), cooked and drained

Preparation
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the veggies and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until crisp and tender.
