Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Frank's Sweet Chili Hot Sauce, and Frank's Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in 1½ cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, half of the chopped bacon, the shredded chicken, and 2 of the 3 chopped scallions. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 1½-quart oven-safe dish or skillet, smoothing out the top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped bacon over the top.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Garnish with the remaining scallions. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
