- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt, plus more for topping
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon collagen powder
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ avocado
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pitted date, plus more to taste
- ice cube, optional, for a thicker consistency
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder, plus more for garnish

Preparation
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, pineapple, coconut yogurt, almond butter, collagen, banana, avocado, vanilla, date, and ice (if using).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add spirulina, and blend again.
- In your serving glass, add a spoonful of coconut yogurt, and swirl it around the inside of the glass.
- Lightly sift a small amount of spirulina powder on top to create a color contrast.
- Pour the smoothie into the glass, allowing the swirled coconut yogurt and spirulina to create a visually stunning layered effect.
