Shake
- ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup Vita Coco® Original Coconut Water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Pinch of sea salt
- Mint sprig, for garnish

- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt

Preparation
- Make the shake: Place the yogurt, bananas, dates, mint, spinach, Vita Coco® Original Coconut Water, ice, and salt in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Make the coconut whip: Place the coconut cream, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl. Using an electric hand mixer, beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the shake evenly into 2 glasses. Spoon some coconut whip over each shake, and garnish each with a mint sprig.
