Ingredients

for 6 servings

  • 6 white breads
  • 6 cooked hot dogs, diced
  • 1.5 cups premade chili, warmed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 sliced scallions, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly butter 6 jumbo muffin cups.
  2. Flatten each slice of bread slightly using a rolling pin and press bread into the muffin tin to form cups. Brush the tops of the bread with a little more butter.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and toasty.
