Ingredients

- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- ½ cup water (120 mL)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, optional

Preparation
