Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 1 package store-bought cookie dough
- 4 pieces Hershey's chocolate
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers
- flaky sea salt, for garnish
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- On a parchment-lined baking tray, divide the store-bought cookie dough into 4 equal parts.
- Flatten the cookie dough with your palms, and add a marshmallow to the center. Using your palms, mold the cookie dough into a ball to fully close the marshmallow inside.
- Add a graham cracker on the bottom and press gently.
- Flip the cookie over so the graham cracker is on the bottom, then place a hershey's chocolate on top.
- Do the same for the other 3 sections, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden on top.
- Finish them with a sprinkle of flakey salt and let them cool for another 20 minutes to allow the marshmallow to set.
