  • 1 cup hot chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 8-ounce packages ramen noodle
  • ½ cup chicken, cooked, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Tasty's leftover sauce, from the Three-Cup Chicken recipe (or create the sauce using the ingredients below)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar, or honey
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Included in this Recipe

Three-Cup Chicken

Preparation

  1. Stir together the hot broth and cornstarch in a small bowl until the cornstarch is fully combined. Set aside.
  2. Cook your ramen noodles according to package directions, but do not add seasoning packets.
  3. Place the cooked chicken and sauce in a pot, and bring to a gentle simmer over medium low heat. Add the cornstarch slurry, and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is glossy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the cooked ramen and fold gently until the sauce and noodles are combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other condiments as preferred. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
