- 1 cup hot chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 8-ounce packages ramen noodle
- ½ cup chicken, cooked, chopped

- salt and pepper, to taste

- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar, or honey
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Preparation
- Stir together the hot broth and cornstarch in a small bowl until the cornstarch is fully combined. Set aside.
- Cook your ramen noodles according to package directions, but do not add seasoning packets.
- Place the cooked chicken and sauce in a pot, and bring to a gentle simmer over medium low heat. Add the cornstarch slurry, and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is glossy, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the cooked ramen and fold gently until the sauce and noodles are combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other condiments as preferred. Serve immediately.
