Ingredients

  • ½ cup double cream (150 mL)
  • ½ cup cream cheese (90 g)
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk (240 mL)
  • 3 slices red velvet cake
  • 2 tablespoons red gel food coloring

Preparation

  1. To make the cream cheese topping, whip the double cream, cream cheese, and icing sugar together. Set aside.
