  • 1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 ½ oz Skrewball® Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • ½ oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz freshly brewed espresso
  • 3 espresso beans, for garnish
  • smoked sea salt, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Warm the peanut butter until it is loose enough to drizzle, then drizzle around the inside of a martini or coupe glass.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Skrewball® Peanut Butter Whiskey, coffee liqueur, and espresso and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass. Place the espresso beans in the center and finish with a pinch of smoked sea salt.
  4. Enjoy!
