  • 1 jar mincemeat
  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk (125 mL)
  • ⅓ cup flour (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • icing sugar, to serve, as desired

Preparation

  1. Spoon a tablespoon of mincemeat onto the middle of a slice of white bread and cover it with another slice to make a sandwich.
