Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 4 slices Thomas’® Everything Breakfast Bread, toasted
- 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, plus more for garnish
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, plus more for garnish
- smoked salmon slice
- flaky sea salt
- thinly sliced cucumber moon
- thinly sliced and halved red onion
- caper, drained

Preparation
- In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, lemon zest, dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined. Spread evenly over each Thomas’® Everything Breakfast Bread slice.
- Top with the smoked salmon slices. Sprinkle with the flaky sea salt, lemon zest, dill, lemon juice, cucumber, red onion, and capers.
- Eat immediately, and enjoy!
