Lemony Smoked Salmon Toasts

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 4 slices Thomas’® Everything Breakfast Bread, toasted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest, plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, plus more for garnish
  • smoked salmon slice
  • flaky sea salt
  • thinly sliced cucumber moon
  • thinly sliced and halved red onion
  • caper, drained

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, lemon zest, dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined. Spread evenly over each Thomas’® Everything Breakfast Bread slice.
  2. Top with the smoked salmon slices. Sprinkle with the flaky sea salt, lemon zest, dill, lemon juice, cucumber, red onion, and capers.
  3. Eat immediately, and enjoy!
