  • 3 imitation crab sticks, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Gravy:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water

To serve:

  • cooked rice, hot
  • sliced scallion
  • togarashi

Preparation
