Preparation

  1. Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.
  2. Place the chopped onion in a clean, sanitized jar.
  3. Pour enough honey over the onion to fully cover the pieces.

  5. After steeping, strain the syrup from the onions and discard the onion pieces.
