  • 2 russet potatoes, roughly chopped
  • 3 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 lb chuck roast (910 g)

Preparation

  1. Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and water in a small bowl or liquid measuring cup.
