- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup snow pea (100 g), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon salt, divided

Preparation
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
