Salad
- 2 romaine lettuces, chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage (100 g)
- ½ cup carrots (55 g), grated
- ¼ cup green onion (25 g), chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro (10 g), chopped
- ¼ cup almond slice (25 g)
- ¼ cup fried wonton chip (20 g)

Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
- Add chicken into the bowl, coat the chicken, and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Fully cook chicken.
