Salad
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups diced cucumbers
- 1 cup finely diced red onion
- 4 cups diced grilled chicken breast
- 8 turkey bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (or feta for a milder taste)
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Preparation
- Make the dressing: In a small glass or stainless steel bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined and emulsified. Set aside.
