- 8 teaspoons blackcurrant jam
- 4 apples, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the sheet of puff pastry and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
