  • ½ tablespoon gochugaru
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon msg
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (14-ounce) pack silken tofu
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • microgreen, optional
  • cooked rice, for serving, optional

Preparation
