Ingredients
for 1 serving
- ½ tablespoon chocolate nut spread
- 2 scoops pistachio gelato or ice creams
- ½ tablespoon shelled pistachios, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 shot of brewed espresso, hot
Preparation
- Using a spoon, spread the chocolate spread in the bottom of a chilled dessert bowl.
- Top with the pistachio gelato. Using a spoon, smooth the gelato over the top.
- Add the chopped pistachios around the top of the ice cream. Spoon out a small hole in the middle.
- Pour hot espresso in the middle until it reaches the top. Garnish with more chopped pistachios if desired.
