White Bean Vegan Chili

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 can pinto bean
  • ½ cup yellow pepper (50 g), chopped
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 garlics, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable stock (240 mL)
  • ½ cup hominy (75 g)
  • 1 can green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation
