Ingredients

  • 2 Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, halved and toasted
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • assorted fresh berry, for topping

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, add the ricotta, heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Using a hand mixer on medium-low speed, beat for 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
  2. Spoon the ricotta mixture over each toasted Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin Bagel. Top with the fresh berries.
