Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 2 cups all purpose flour (250 g)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 ¾ cups milk (420 mL)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup oil (120 mL)
  • 2 eggs
  • chocolate chip, optional
