Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 2 cups all purpose flour (250 g)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ¾ cups milk (420 mL)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup oil (120 mL)
- 2 eggs
- chocolate chip, optional
