Spicy Tuna Tonnato
This Spicy Tuna Tonnato is a creative twist on the creamy classic Italian tonnato sauce, traditionally made with tuna, capers, and anchovies. In this version, inspired by the spicy tuna roll, we blend spicy sriracha and umami-rich soy sauce with tuna and mayo to create a creamy, bold dip. The result is a fusion of Italian and Japanese flavors that’s perfect for serving with crisp cucumbers and rice chips.
