Sweet ‘n’ Spicy BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup (240 g)
- ¼ cup yellow mustard (60 g)
- ⅓ cup apricot preserve (80 g)
- ½ cup chipotle pepper (50 g), canned and diced
- 6 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, diced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

- 2 lb pork shoulder (910 g), or pork butt
- 1 lb sausage link (455 g)
- ½ lb baby back ribs (225 g)
