  • 1 can chickpeas, drained (liquid reserved) and rinsed
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (60 g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chickpea water (60 mL)
  • ½ cup marshmallow (25 g)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (85 g)
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (40 g)

Preparation

  1. Spread drained chickpeas onto a towel and pat dry.
  2. Remove chickpea shells.

  5. Add chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs to mixed dough.
