Pumpkin Spice Latte Cream Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish

Vanilla Cream Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream for 4-5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk, pumpkin purée, instant coffee, and pumpkin spice, then continue to whip for 2- 3 minutes, or until medium peaks form.
  2. For the vanilla cream mousse, in another large bowl, add the cream, condensed milk, and vanilla paste and whip for 5- 6 minutes, or until medium peaks form.
  3. Divide the pumpkin mixture into 4 mugs or glasses and top with the vanilla mousse to resemble a latte. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle pumpkin spice over the top. Serve immediately.
