Pumpkin Spice Latte Cream Mousse
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
Vanilla Cream Mousse
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Preparation
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream for 4-5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk, pumpkin purée, instant coffee, and pumpkin spice, then continue to whip for 2- 3 minutes, or until medium peaks form.
- For the vanilla cream mousse, in another large bowl, add the cream, condensed milk, and vanilla paste and whip for 5- 6 minutes, or until medium peaks form.
- Divide the pumpkin mixture into 4 mugs or glasses and top with the vanilla mousse to resemble a latte. Chill for 1 hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle pumpkin spice over the top. Serve immediately.
