Ingredients
for 8 servings
Seasoned Butter
- 8 oz unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay® seasoning
- ½ teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated parsley
- pepper, to taste
- 1 large yellow onion, peeled and cored
- 1 garlic head, with top removed
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb pasta, cooked
- grated parmesan cheese, for garnish
- fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 380°F (about 190°C).
- Make the seasoned butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter on high for 45–60 seconds, until melted (do not overheat).
- To the melted butter, add all the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
- In a 5-quart Dutch oven, add the onion and cherry tomatoes. Cut the top of the garlic, and add to the Dutch oven. Pour the butter mixture over the ingredients; cover and cook in the oven for at least one hour, or until the onion is soft.
- Cook desired pasta to al dente according to the package instructions.
- Squeeze the garlic from the husk into the cooked ingredients. Blend with an immersion blender or blender until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta, and mix until well combined.
- Serve and top with fresh Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
