- 6 hot dogs, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ tablespoon sugar

- 7 oz heavy cream (207 mL)
- ½ lb dried penne pasta
- 16 oz water (472 mL)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Preparation
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until softened.
