Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons matcha powder, divided
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup yogurt of choice
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts

Preparation

  1. Place the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons of the matcha in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
  2. Stir in the honey, then stir in the milk. Cover and refrigerate for 4–8 hours, until the oats have absorbed all the liquid.
  3. Arrange some of the banana slices over the mixture, then spread with the yogurt. Top with the walnuts, remaining banana slices, and remaining 1 teaspoon matcha.
