- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons matcha powder, divided
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup yogurt of choice
- 1 tablespoon walnuts

Preparation
- Place the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons of the matcha in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
- Stir in the honey, then stir in the milk. Cover and refrigerate for 4–8 hours, until the oats have absorbed all the liquid.
- Arrange some of the banana slices over the mixture, then spread with the yogurt. Top with the walnuts, remaining banana slices, and remaining 1 teaspoon matcha.
