Ingredients
for 6 servings
Dry:
- 1 ½ cups millet flour (185 g)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet
- ½ cup apple cider (120 g)
- 5 oz vanilla soy, or almond yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon liquid Stevia
Coating (optional)
- ½ cup maple sugar (165 g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sift the dry ingredients, then stir in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients, and stir well. Then, add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter evenly into a six-donut baking pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until firm on top and edges. Once baked, remove from the oven.
- While the donuts are resting, combine the maple sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and coat the warm donuts on both sides in the coating.
