- ⅓ cup mayonnaise (80 g), plus 2 tablespoons, divided
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- fine sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ¼ lb lobster meat (565 g), 4-5 large cooked lobster tails, coarsely chopped
- 4 hot dog buns

Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the celery, ⅓ cup (80 g) of the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chives.
