- 2 3-inch thick Japanese milk bread slices
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- salt

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cut the crusts from the bread slices to make 2 thick cubes.
- To make the honey butter, mix together the butter, brown sugar, honey, and salt in a medium bowl until fully combined.
- Generously spread the honey butter on all sides of the bread cubes and place them on the prepared pan.
