- 5 green onions
- 1 block tofu, sliced
- bean sprout
- fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup fish sauce (60 mL)
- ⅓ cup soy sauce (80 mL)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ⅓ cup tamarind paste (75 g)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- ⅓ cup organic peanut butter (80 g)
