- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices pepper jack cheese

Preparation
- Boil your eggs for 12 minutes, then peel and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Using a grater or a microplane, grate your eggs into a large bowl.
- Season with mayo, dill, mustard, salt and pepper, and mix to combine. Set aside.
- Add butter to a large skillet or pan on medium heat. Once butter is melted, add in your bread to toast.
