- 2 skin-on salmon fillets (about 1 pound total)s

Preparation
- In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the crushed garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano, and ¼ teaspoon of the salt. Let the mixture simmer over medium-low, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes, or until the butter slightly darkens. Stir in the lemon juice. Set the mixture aside to cool.
- Line your air fryer with parchment paper, and preheat to 390°F (around 200°C).
- Sprinkle the salmon all over with the pepper, garlic powder, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Arrange the salmon, skin side up, on the parchment in the preheated air fryer. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the garlicky butter over each piece.
- Air-fry for 8–10 minutes, until the skin is crisp and the salmon is done to your liking.
