French Toast With Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essense
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

  1. Cut bread into halves and set aside.
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl and to them, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and whisk.
  3. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a skillet on low heat. Once the butter is melted, dip bread slices in egg mixture and toast in the skillet until golden-brown.
