  • 1 lb ground beef (455 g)
  • ½ cup onion (75 g)
  • ½ cup scallion (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • egg wash
  • gyoza wrapper
  • sriracha sauce, carnish
  • scallion, chopped, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Mix together the ground beef, onions, scallions, soy sauce, garlic cloves, grated ginger, sesame oil, and white pepper.
