  • ¼ cup diced white onion (35 g)
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • ¼ cup frozen corn (45 g)
  • ¼ cup frozen peas (35 g)
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice (230 g), cooked
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (125 g)
  • 1 large egg, scrambled
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • sesame seed, for garnish
  • sliced green onion, for garnish
