  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup diced carrot (75 g)
  • ½ cup diced zucchini (75 g)
  • 1 jar Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
  • 8 oz cheese tortellini (225 g)
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (225 g)
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a medium ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrots and zucchini, and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, 8–10 minutes.
  3. Add the Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce and cheese tortellini, and stir to combine. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with the basil, then serve.
