Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly or jam
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 (16-ounce) pound cake loaf, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Preparation
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry jelly, and vanilla with electric hand beaters on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, 1–2 minutes (or whisk by hand until smooth and fluffy).
- Using a small knife or melon baller, gently hollow out the center of each strawberry.
- Pipe or spoon the cream cheese filling into each hollowed strawberry.
- Threading a stuffed strawberry, followed by a cube of pound cake, onto a wooden skewer. Repeat to add 2–3 sets per skewer, for a total of 6 skewers.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl on medium power until smooth, 40–60 seconds total, stopping to stir in 20-second intervals. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the assembled skewers.
- Serve immediately for a soft drizzle, or chill for 10–15 minutes to let the chocolate set.
