- 6 oz cha lua (Vietnamese pork)
- 6 oz pâté
- 6 oz Vietnamese butter
- 6 oz cha chien (Vietnamese pork protein), (can replace with sliced tofu, tempeh)
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 jalapeñoes
- 1 cup Vietnamese pickled carrots
- ½ cup torn fresh cilantro
- 4 bánh mì baguettes, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Preparation
- Slice your cha lua into ¼-inch pieces, and arrange them neatly on a large board in an S shape.
- Place your pate and butter in 2 separate ramekins. Position the ramekins between the corners of the S shape, then fill in gaps with the cha chien.
- Peel and slice the cucumbers to match the shape of the cha lua. Thinly slice the jalapeños. Assemble neatly on the board.
- Fill in the gaps with the pickled carrots and cilantro.
