Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 1 lb silken tofu (455 g)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (85 g)
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (120 mL)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup ice (140 g)
  • protein powder, optional

Preparation

  1. Mix tofu and maple syrup together until smooth. Pour into a rubber ice cube tray and freeze cubes.
